On Tuesday, January 22 Heirloom & Five Points Bottle Shop will partner for a Winter Wine Dinner.

Passed Appetizer Charles de Fere Sparkling Moscato – Anderson Farms smoked pork belly, Red Mule cornmeal cracker, apple chutney

1st Course Landron Muscadet – Roasted Appilachicola oysters, kale, sesame spiced lemon vinaigrette, dried shitake “bacon”

2nd Course Louis Latour Domaine de Valmoissine Pinot Noir – Cream of caramelized turnip soup, coriander infused Pinot Noir reduction, watermelon radish, black pepper

3rd Course Rubesto Montepulciano d’Abrruzo – Smoked lamb terrine, assorted potato & rutabaga hash, charred winter greens, blackberry vanilla jam

Dessert Pacific Rim Dessert Riesling – Green tea infused butter cake, orange mousse, sour cherry compote, honey tuile, tea syrup

Our next 2nd Tuesday Tasting will be February 12, 6 – 7 pm and will feature Romantic Reds, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
