Celebrate the end of 2015 with us at Heirloom. We will be serving a prix fixe dinner on the 31st starting at 5:30. You’ll get a glass of bubbly and 3 courses for $50 with optional wine pairings for $15. See below for the menu.
To follow up, we will be starting 2016 out right with a special New Year’s Day brunch from 11:00-3:00. There will be appearances made by all your traditional New Year’s good luck foods, like greens, black eyed peas, and pork.

New Year’s Eve Prix Fixe Dinner

One.
Braised Anderson Farms pork shoulder, rice cakes, collard greens,
spicy jus, celery, sesame.
Tempura Gulf shrimp, grilled radicchio, pecans, goat cheese, citrus, herb croutons.
Turnip soup, house hot sauce, pumpkin seed, turnip green gremolata.
Two.
Braised Wagyu beef cheeks, roasted Vidalias, Carolina Gold rice grits, wilted lettuces,
uni mayonnaise, pickled chilis.
Seared scallops, DaySpring wheat berries, brussels sprouts, mushrooms,
cauliflower kimchi, crisped country ham, peanuts, remoulade.
Grilled Anderson Farms pork chop, whipped sweet potatoes, collard greens,
charred onion jam, breadcrumbs, herbs.
Mushroom & nut “bolognese,” orecchiette pasta, greens, last summer’s tomatoes, crispy brussels sprouts, crumbling cheese.
Three.
Baked Alaska: chocolate gingerbread, blood orange mascarpone gelato,
candied pistachio, toasted meringue.
Baba Au Bourbon: brown butter cake, sweet tea mousseline,
white chocolate pecan praline, lemon caramel.
Chamomile Panna Cotta: mango, almond tuile, maple lime syrup.
