If flowers are more your love language, R & R Secret Farm is an urban farm right here in Athens that produces truly lovely bouquets, succulents, and more that your mother is sure to love. They even provide doorstep delivery in Athens.

Treehouse Kid & Craft has “Love for Mom” boxes curated by their thoughtful staff and filled with all sorts of goodies to make Mom feel special. If you’d rather pick out your own presents, they have a variety of lovely suggestions on their online shop. Items are available for in store pick up a few days a week and for shipping.

Community also has curated gift boxes full of Athens centric goodies, products from their Community Service line, and the most stylish fabric face masks around.

For the literary mother, Avid Bookshop is putting together Mother’s Day bundles as well, or you can choose from their lovely variety of greeting cards and gifts. Of course, you can order any book from them through their warehouse. Some foodie adjacent books I might suggest are Everything is Under Control by Phyllis Grant (a tale of life choices and changes and becoming a mother, all dappled with recipes) and Always Home by Fanny Singer (how food and sense of home played a part in the relationship between Singer and her mother, Alice Waters). 

Perhaps your mother needs a project to dive into. How about a puzzle from Very Good Puzzles? I think this company is so cool. They partner with local artists to turn their work into 1000 piece puzzles. I want to do every one of them one by one.
